Brushable Waterproofer for Roofs is a contract grade general purpose waterproofing material for use on all common roofing surfaces, including mastic asphalt, roofing felt, corrugated iron, fibre cement, slates, lead, copper and zinc. Once the surface has been prepared and is dry, Brushable Waterproofer is applied to provide the final waterproof coating. Once applied, it is resistant to rain and frost during the drying process. However, the actual application should be carried out at temperatures above 5°C. Most jobs will require two coats applied at right angles to each other at an approximate rate of 1.2 – 1.5 m2 per litre per coat.
